Easy Slider started in 2011 as a food truck in search of creating the perfect burger bite. The founders, Miley Holmes and Caroline Perini, united their love of the food they grew up on to bring the best Texan and Southern flavors to sliders! Their priorities are serving fresh, top-quality ingredients and having a good time doing it and people have quickly grown to love and crave Easy Slider across the metroplex and nation-wide in the past decade. Easy Slider has received awards from publications like D Magazine, Dallas Observer, Thrillist, The Daily Meal, and Zagat. 

After several years of operating their fleet of food trucks, Easy Slider planted roots in Deep Ellum for their first brick and mortar location. In addition to adding a great patio and full bar, Easy Slider Deep Ellum always has a full lineup of sliders with totally unique toppings like goat cheese & strawberry jam, jalapenos & fried onions, or prosciutto & gruyere. Round out a killer meal like this with loaded tots, pork rinds, or a wedge salad.
