Business of the Week: Trinity Cider

If you’re tired of overly sweet hard ciders with not enough of a punch, get some hard cider done right in Deep Ellum! Trinity Cider, the Business of the Week, has been tapping delicious dry ciders on Main Street since 2018 and has brought a new tasting room experience to the neighborhood.

Well before opening their doors, owners Evan and Lauren Kalstad knew they wanted to bring a better take on cider to Dallas. Evan drew inspiration from his hometown in Washington State while head brewer Chris Rigoulout brought his professional expertise and revolutionary methods to the cidery in order to make ciders that Dallasites could get excited about. Since opening in October of 2018, Trinity Cider has been a place where both locals and visitors alike can enjoy a flight of traditional dry cider paired with off-the-wall flavors like creamsicle, kiwi lime, watermelon, and an infamous ghost pepper cider.

On top of being a great spot for a casual night of drinks, Trinity Cider always makes sure to create an environment for new experiences and fun for your whole group. Depending on the night you visit, you’ll find anything from packed trivia nights to pop ups from up-and-coming local food vendors and even Cider Sake Bombs, a Trinity Cider original. Keep an eye on their Instagram page for updates on upcoming events or swing by for a crisp and refreshing cider and one of the most friendly taprooms in town!
